Candidate must work 90 days for bonuses to be paid out. Candidate must not have applied with Broekema Group, worked with a Broekema Group recruiter, or been referred by another party to Broekema Group within the last 12 months.

Finance & Accounting placements will receive a $1,000 bonus.
All other placements will receive a $750 bonus.

To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referring individual must have a direct and established personal or professional relationship with the candidate prior to making the referral. Referrals made for individuals with whom the referrer has no prior relationship (such as candidates found through online directories, job boards, social media groups, or other public sources) will not be eligible for a referral bonus. The company reserves the right to verify the nature of the relationship and may request supporting information if needed. Referrals that do not meet these criteria will be deemed ineligible for any associated bonuses.
